The following items are BANNED from IgetAm Marketplace. Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.

1. Illegal Goods and Services

❌ STRICTLY BANNED:

Drugs & Narcotics: Illegal drugs, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, prescription drugs without authorization
Drug Paraphernalia: Pipes, bongs, syringes, scales for drug use
Counterfeit Currency: Fake naira, dollars, or any currency
Forged Documents: Fake IDs, diplomas, certificates, passports, driver's licenses
Stolen Property: Any item obtained illegally or of questionable origin
Pirated Content: Bootleg movies, music, software, games, e-books

2. Weapons and Dangerous Items

🔫 WEAPONS PROHIBITED:

Firearms: Guns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, assault weapons (licensed or not)
Ammunition: Bullets, shells, gunpowder, explosives
Explosives: Bombs, grenades, fireworks, dynamite
Knives (Offensive): Switchblades, butterfly knives, daggers designed for harm
Tasers & Stun Guns: Electric shock devices
Pepper Spray (High Capacity): Industrial-grade chemical weapons
Martial Arts Weapons: Nunchucks, brass knuckles, throwing stars

3. Adult and Explicit Content

Pornography: Adult videos, explicit images, sexual content
Sex Toys: Adult products and devices
Escort Services: Sexual services, prostitution
Used Undergarments: Worn intimate clothing sold for fetish purposes
Sexual Enhancement Drugs: Unlicensed Viagra, aphrodisiacs

4. Human and Animal Products

❌ Human Organs/Tissues: Kidneys, blood, plasma, sperm, eggs
❌ Body Parts: Teeth, hair (except wigs/extensions), bones
❌ Endangered Species: Ivory, rhino horn, tiger products, protected wildlife
❌ Live Animals (Unregulated): Exotic pets without proper licensing
❌ Animal Fighting: Roosters, dogs, equipment for animal fighting

5. Fraudulent and Deceptive Services

❌ Fake Diplomas/Certificates: Forged educational credentials
❌ Pyramid Schemes: MLM schemes, get-rich-quick scams
❌ Money Laundering Services: "Yahoo Yahoo" tools, bank drops
❌ Hacking Services: Phone hacking, social media hacking
❌ Exam Cheating: JAMB/WAEC answers, exam malpractice tools
❌ Fake Reviews: Services to post fake ratings or reviews

6. Counterfeit and Trademark Infringement

❌ Fake Designer Goods: Counterfeit Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Nike, Adidas
❌ Replica Electronics: Fake iPhones, Samsung, branded electronics
❌ Bootleg Media: Pirated movies, music, software
❌ Unauthorized Branded Items: Items falsely claiming brand association

7. Hazardous Materials

❌ Toxic Chemicals: Poison, arsenic, cyanide
❌ Radioactive Materials: Uranium, plutonium
❌ Biological Hazards: Viruses, bacteria, infectious materials
❌ Flammable Liquids (Bulk): Gasoline, kerosene in large quantities

8. Regulated Items (Restricted)

⚠️ REQUIRES PROPER LICENSING:

Pharmaceuticals: Prescription drugs (must show NAFDAC approval)
Food Products: Must have NAFDAC registration and hygiene certification
Alcohol: Requires proper licensing and age verification
Tobacco: Cigarettes, cigars (must comply with regulations)
Cosmetics: Must have NAFDAC registration
Medical Devices: Requires regulatory approval

9. Reporting Violations

If you see prohibited items on the Platform:

Report immediately to: support@igetam.com
Include: Seller name, product link, screenshots
For serious violations (drugs, weapons): Report to police

10. Consequences of Violation

⚖️ PENALTIES:

Immediate Account Termination (no refund)
Permanent Ban from Platform
Removal of All Listings
Report to Authorities for criminal violations
Legal Action if Platform is held liable
